Sustainable placemaking at it’s best!
We have just completed the handover of the final houses at this unique development at Mead Lane in Bridport for BCHA. Set in the countryside with views over the famous Colmers Hill, this co-housing development is built to the AECB Silver Standard and runs off an independent microgrid, maximising the utilisation of on-site energy generation. With the final apartment blocks nearing completion, we are looking forward to seeing construction commence on the straw bale Common House in August.
