Rocco is a Chartered Building Surveyor and founding Partner with over 30 years experience. With his background in Project Management, Employer’s Agent and CDM Consultancy he provides knowledge, expertise and support in all areas of our technical and professional activity. In addition to his project commitments, Rocco chairs the leadership team in the development and growth of the Practice. 

ROBERT BIRCH
MSc MRICS  

Partner

Experienced Project Manager and Cost Consultant having worked previously for major national Contractors and Developers. Robert manages our Southampton office and leads our Project Management service across residential and commercial projects. 

SAM RUSSO

Partner

Chartered Quantity Surveyor managing our Bristol office with extensive experience as Employer’s Agent on a range of resident developments. Sam leads on the Practices Business Development activities. 

ALEX FALCONER

Experienced and commercially astute Employer’s Agent leading our London office. Alex is responsible for delivering high profile complex schemes for our London based clients.

Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience as an Employer’s Agent in the residential and education sectors. Danny is also responsible for managing our Clerk of Works team.

Associate

Chartered Building Surveyor specialising in CDM and Party Wall Surveyor services. Extensive experience as Principal Designer and Client Adviser under the CDM Regulations. 

MIKE LEIGHTON

Associate

Chartered Quantity Surveyor and experienced Employer’s Agent. Mike has particular experience with large S106 developments across the South of England. 

EMILY HARVEY

Experienced Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant with extensive experience in challenging Senior Care schemes. Emily also regularly undertakes Project Monitoring Services for Developers and JV Partnerships.
