Progress continues at Capital Interchange Way, Brentford
Despite current economic challenges and their well-documented effect on the construction industry, it’s great to see consistent progress at the 1-4 Capital Interchange Way site, adjacent to the A4 in Brentford. The project is a joint venture between Telford Homes and Catalyst. It comprises of a mix of Build-to-Rent and Affordable Rent homes together with commercial and retail space.
Performing our role as Monitoring Surveyor on behalf of our client Peabody, we continue to undertake an overview of the construction activity of the Affordable Rent homes.
This is one example of several significant developments the Welling team are currently delivering for our London clients.
