A significant strategic new development in Milton Keynes has been given the go-ahead. Tattenhoe Park will see over 1,200 new homes, community facilities including a new primary school and sports facilities being built.
The whole site received the support of development funding from Homes England, the government housing and regeneration agency. Welling has been appointed by Homes England to provide Compliance and Monitoring Inspection services for Phases 4 to 7 of this impressive development – circa 650 dwellings.
Welling’s role on this landmark development will involve monthly site visits alongside commercial due diligence to monitor the terms of the funding conditions are being adhered to by each of the developers that will construct Tattenhoe Park; Bellway, Vistry Group under the Countryside Partnerships marketing name and Keepmoat. To date 147 of 160 homes have been delivered within phase 4, with the first units of phase 5 due for completion in April 2025. Phases 6 and 7 are due to commence shortly.
