Development of green-belt land to provide 210 mixed tenure properties (including 126 Open Market Sales), cricket pitch and pavilion.

The project involved extensive and complex diversion works and include habitat restoration to create a large nature reserve. The development has been nominated for several awards including receiving the ‘Highly Commended Certificate’ for spatial planning by the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Welling was also appointed by Homes England to provide compliance monitoring services.
