QUEENS HOUSE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND

The conversion and redevelopment of former 9 storey office block to provide 45 no. residential units. The scheme consisted of rooftop extensions to the side of the existing tower and infill development to the rear of the site which ‘infilled’ a gap in the adjoining sheet scene creating 7 No. 1 & 2-bed flats.

The scheme overcame several significant abnormal risk items including the reprovision and upgrade of telecommunication masts located on the roof of the building whilst also having to contend with the challenging upgrade and connection of utility services.
