A Joint Venture between Vivid Homes and a Highwood Homes to deliver 1,400 dwellings across three adjacent parcels of land. 800 dwellings were procured through the Joint Venture Agreement, with a mix of tenures, including Affordable and Private Rent, Shared Ownership and Open Market Sale.

Welling was also appointed as Joint Venture Supervisor to ensure the terms of the Joint Venture Agreement between the parties were realised.
