NEW FOSSEWAY BRISTOL

A newly built development comprising 130 homes will be constructed on the site of the old New Fosseway School, which has been empty for more than a decade. The project is a joint venture between Goram Homes (Bristol City Council’s housing company) and housebuilder Vistry Group who will act as Development Manager and Contractor. Under the terms of the JV Agreement, 50% of the homes will be retained by Goram to be rented out by Bristol City Council at social rent levels or through a shared ownership scheme. The balance of units will be disposed of on the open market.

Welling’s appointment as JV Supervisor includes attendance at Board meetings, as well as monthly collation of cost, programme and technical information provided by the Developer to reconcile financial expenditure, technical compliance and progress on site.
