A mix tenure development in the heart of Teddington High Street, Informer House is the demolition of a former office block to the local newspaper – The Informer, and the construction of 22 homes for shared ownership tenure and 300 sqm of commercial units. The building comprises six floors (including the basement) and is constructed with piled foundations supporting a reinforced concrete frame.

The project overcame significant risks and abnormal items including construction being adjacent to a Network Rail train line.
