Welling is appointed as JV Supervisor by Sovereign Network Group (SNG) in their joint venture development with developer Crest Nicholson. The development of Harry Stokes will see the construction of 763 homes, a community centre, a nursery and shops and is comprised of 7 phases. Welling was appointed by Sovereign Network Group to provide JV monitoring services, including regular site visits, and attendance of Board Meetings to monitor and supervise the technical and commercial progress of the development that complies with the terms of the Development Agreement.
