Phased residential development to deliver 763 homes as part of the Local Authorities Local Plan. Construction is being progressed by a Joint Venture between Crest Nicholson and Sovereign Network Group and will deliver approximately 50% of the units as an Affordable Tenure.

Welling has been appointed to act as Joint Venture Supervisor to ensure the objectives of the Joint Venture Agreement are achieved as well as Employer’s Agent and Clerk of Works for Sovereign Housing Association who are procuring the Affordable units across the site.
