DOVERCOURT ROAD BRISTOL

The development at Dovercourt Road, Bristol, will transform a disused Bristol City Council depot into a residential neighbourhood providing 140 sustainable homes. Half of these will be Council-owned homes consisting of a mix of social rent and shared ownership, all within a new public park setting which will contribute to a Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) improvement of over 10%.

The new homes will adopt a low-carbon energy strategy, utilising a ‘fabric first’ approach. They will benefit from solar panels, air-source heat pumps, and EV charging points, all of which will support energy-efficient living.

Welling is appointed as Joint Venture Supervisor by Goram Homes to monitor the Development Agreement with the Developer, Vistry Group, to ensure commercial and technical compliance throughout the project.
