CROME ROAD BRISTOL
The development of land adjacent to Crome Road forms a strategic part of the wider estate regeneration underway in Lockleaze, Bristol. The project redevelops brownfield land to provide a mix of 74 dwellings, houses and flats, for open market sale, shared ownership and social rent.
Delivering on the Council’s sustainability requirements, energy provision is by way of air source heat pumps and EV charging points the scheme also promotes high levels of bio-diversity with the inclusion of an Open Mosaic Habitat and wildflower planting.
