Located in the London Borough of Lambeth, Clapham Park forms part of the wider masterplan development of brownfield land which will provide circa 2,500 dwellings.

Phase D1 comprises the demolition of two existing housing blocks and the provision of 50 dwellings and 2 commercial units across a mix of affordable housing tenures. The buildings have adopted high levels of sustainability with an applied district heating system servicing the dwellings.

The project has been designed and implemented to achieve BIM Level 2.
