Centenary Quay is the regeneration of a former shipyard to provide residential, retail, and commercial outlets as part of the strategic regeneration of Woolston. Welling was appointed by our two clients, Sovereign Network Group and Abri to manage their procurement of the affordable element of this development.

The development progressed over several phases and to date has seen approximately 165 flats (ranging from low rise to high rise) of affordable and shared ownership tenure being delivered between our clients.
