A Joint Venture between Barratt and TfL (Transport for London) will see the transformation of a former TfL car park at Wembley Park Station and forms part of TfL’s strategic regeneration programme to convert poorly utilised land into new homes.

Comprised over 5 blocks, the scheme will in total deliver 454 homes promoting high levels of sustainability with each property achieving an EPC rating of B or above, as well as providing, retail space and enhanced public realm. MTVH appointed Welling to provide technical due diligence in the purchase of 152 dwellings for a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership tenure. Welling will also administer the Development Agreement through the construction phase including the completion and handover of the properties.
