BRONZEOAK HOUSE CATERHAM

This is a complex redevelopment of a derelict office block frequently inhabited by squatters.  The new development is built into  a hillside presenting significant design and construction challenges in respect of level access and retaining structure.

The scheme delivers a mix of homes for families and older people. The new homes provide  14 affordable rent and 12 sheltered homes  designed and constructed to meet high standards of sustainability utilising an all electric energy strategy and photovoltaic renewables.
