A project delivered over two sites to replace the current housing stock which has come to the end of its economic life. Both sites will deliver 57 dwellings across a mix of low and medium-rise flat blocks.

All units are to be constructed to Passive Haus Classic Standard through a fabric-first approach supported by adopting sustainable technologies including MVHR, Air Source Heat Pumps and Photo Voltaic panels.
