Welling has secured a place on South East Consortium’s (SEC) Asset & Development Consultancy Framework, marking our first partnership with the not-for-profit framework provider.
The framework enables us to deliver multi-disciplinary services across the South East of England for the next four years, including Project Management & Employer’s Agent, Cost Consultancy, Clerk of Works, and CDM Principal Designer services.
SEC’s frameworks provide registered providers and local authorities with a compliant route to procuring essential services. With this appointment, Welling strengthens its presence in the region, offering its expertise to support housing providers in the delivery of their development and asset management objectives.
