We are delighted to confirm that Welling Partnership has been appointed to Abri’s new Employer’s Agent consultants framework, aimed at supporting the development of new homes across Abri’s operating regions.
Over the next four years, we join a select group of partners and consultants to support the housing provider to deliver its £800 million construction programme, part of Abri’s commitment to building 10,000 homes by 2030.
Under the new framework, we will be providing Employer’s Agent, Clerk of Works and CDM Principal Designer services on projects across London and the South of England.
Abri is a major UK housing provider who own and manage more than 50,000 homes and various community assets, serving 114,000 customers.
The framework win builds on a continued partnership with Abri for the last 14 years to provide high-quality consultancy on affordable housing projects. Previous projects we have helped to successfully deliver in 2024 include Shackleton Heights, a 74-home, mixed-tenure development in Crome Road, Bristol which revitalised a brownfield site and Seafield Road, a wholly affordable development of 48 houses in a stunning location close to the waterfront in Portchester.
