Tattenhoe Park is a strategic development close to the West of Milton Keynes which will see over 1200 new homes, community facilities, as well as a new primary school, care, and sports facilities being built. 

The development is being constructed over several phases with the support of development funding from Homes England, the government housing and regeneration agency. Welling has been appointed by Homes England to provide Compliance and Monitoring Inspection services for Phases 4 to 7, circa 650 dwellings. 

The role involves undertaking monthly site visits as well as commercial due diligence to ensure the terms of the funding conditions are being adhered to by each of the 4 developers. Our service forms a fundamental part of the ongoing risk management for Homes England to ensure that the committed deliverables are realised
