Demolition of existing bakery production buildings and associated offices to provide 3 new warehouse buildings including access road, car parking and major incoming services.
The development presented challenging health and safety issues due to changes to the busy main road and adjacent slip road to the motorway. In addition working in close proximity of motorway retaining wall, adjacent mail line railway tracks and construction being undertaken under high voltage power lines direct from the main grid required careful planning, supported by detailed risk assessments and method statements.
