Welling Partnership is appointed on this flagship development which is the first phase delivering 53 affordable apartments sitting above commercial spaces on the ground floor.

The much needed homes built on council land will provide a mix of 27 homes for social rent and 26 homes for shared ownership providing high quality and sustainable homes for local people.

Welling Partnership is appointed as Project Manager and Supervisor under the NEC 4 Option E: Cost reimbursable contract. The Hill Group has been appointed as  Contractor.
