Procurement of 72 affordable dwellings of Category 1 (Volumetric) MMC, for our client VIVID Homes in partnership with BoKlok. Comprising of 3 blocks of flats. Welling provided technical due diligence during the pre-contract phase to review the proposed MMC provider to ensure compliance with our client’s requirements. This included a visit to Estonia to inspect the units under construction. 

Once delivered to the UK, Welling undertook regular site inspections to monitor the installation, testing and commissioning of the module before handover to the client.
