New coffee shop and drive-thru facility at Adanac Park Health and Innovation Campus, Southampton.

Welling is appointed to manage the fast track shell and core infrastructure works as part of the strategic site development  by Prime PLC. The new facility will provide convenient and accessible refreshments during the day to the people working at the Campus.

The project successfully juggles the challenging constraints of extensive tree preservation orders and the exacting design and specification  requirements of the Costa Coffee chain.
